TEACHING ASSISTANT LEVEL 1

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our Academy as soon as possible to work with our committed and dedicated team within the student Learning Support structure.

Level 1 Teaching Assistants work alongside key staff to promote exciting and inspiring learning experiences for our young people.  Responsibilities include supporting students in the classroom under the guidance of the class teacher, small group work and full classroom support.

 The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate high professional and personal standards at all times and have a willingness to learn new skills and to undertake professional development.  The successful candidate will also be involved in promoting excellent behaviour and conduct, be committed to safeguarding and student welfare, and should be keen to engage in the wider life of our community school.

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Cover Supervisor to assist in promoting academic success for all students through the effective delivery of work set by the class teacher, with the aim of encouraging students to work to their full potential.
